Four days of science, critical thinking & intelligent entertainment – that’s the denkfest in a nutshell.
It starts on Thursday afternoon with workshops for science bloggers and teachers. From Friday till Sunday we’ve got thematically grouped talks and every day a cutting edge science presentation. Before the closing on Sunday there will be a panel debate titled «getting critical thinking right: how thin a line between skepticism and denialism?»
Check the four single-day overviews for details.

Talks will be held either in German or English, roughly half and half, and will be simultaneously translated throughout (except for the workshops on Thursday and evening entertainment).
The entire programme can be downloaded as a PDF file.
(By the way, in German «denkfest» is a play with words. It can mean both «think hard» and «thought festival». The denkfest will make you use your brain but also have a lot of fun.)
